When will Zing (brick-and-mortar) re-open?

As the situation continues to evolve, we have decided to extend our temporary store closure, until further notice, for the health and well-being of our team members, customers and community.

While our brick-and-mortar store is closed to customers, we will continue to serve you through online orders at zingdesign.ca and phone-in orders (604.912.0246). We can ship your items directly to your home or you can use our curbside pickup at an arranged time.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will re-open as soon as it is safe to do so, based on the guidance of trusted sources such as the Public Health Agency of Canada, our BC health officials, and World Health Organization. We look forward to welcoming you back to our store when we re-open. We will continue to provide updates, including news on our store re-opening.

How do I order with curbside pickup?
It's simple. Place your order online at zingdesign.ca as your normally would. When it comes to the Shipping Options, from the drop down menu, choose "Curbside Pickup at Store".
You will receive an email from us to coordinate a time to come by Zing to receive your order curbside. When you arrive, you can let us know by phone (604.912.0246), someone will come to your vehicle and place your order in the trunk or back seat of your vehicle.

How are you handling your orders and inquiries during this time?
Zing carefully prepares and packs each order from our store in West Vancouver. Extra precautions of cleaning, sanitization and safety is important and taking place. Orders are shipped Monday thru Saturday. Customer service emails are answered Monday thru Saturday.  inspiration@zingdesign.ca

Are you accepting returns?
Yes, you are able to return items, however the process will look different during this time, until we re-open. We have extended our regular return policy from 10 days to 30 days. Items must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Item(s) can be returned to Zing curbside at an arranged time. If you plan on returning an item, please notify us via email (inspiration@zingdesign.ca) and we can together schedule a time for this curbside return.
You may return an item(s) via Canada Post (at the expense of the purchaser) and must have a post-marked date within the 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.

How long has Zing been in business?
We opened our first store and design studio in Vancouver, BC Canada in March, 2004.

Do you offer environmentally friendly products?
We believe that even the smallest of steps can add up to help make a difference. At Zing we make great effort to conduct business responsibly, and to carry products that are respectful of our environment. Zing is a part of a recycling program that ensures proper disposal of offcuts and other unused items, in addition to the donation of offcut stocks to those who re-purpose the paper into new artistic creations.
