Return Policy during COVID-19

Returns

Of course we hope your recent purchase from Zing works out for you, but we understand sometimes it's just not what you thought, or you've simply changed your mind. No problem.

Due to the pandemic, we are extending our return policy from 10 days to 30 days.  If your return is at risk of falling outside of this window, please reach out prior to the 30 days, to online_assistance@zingdesign.ca for more information; we'll make a plan.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. 

Methods of return:
- Items can be brought back to the store, at a coordinated time. A team member will safely collect your return from your trunk or back seat, making sure to keep a distance. 
- Or, ship back your item(s) to Zing, at the sole expense of the purchaser.

These types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- gift cards
- perishable goods such as chocolate and candies
- some personal care items
