Our goal is to make the process as easy, smooth and quick as possible. And of course, safe.
How soon will my order ship?
We're aiming for quick! Once we receive your fully paid order, your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (for all in-stock items) ... maybe even same day if the timing is right. Currently, business days are Monday through Saturday.
What if an item is unavailable at the time of shipping?
You will be notified if this is the case. Currently we are not back ordering. If you'd still like to order that particular item when it is back in stock, we would ask that you go through the steps to place an order for the item again. OR, you can choose to substitute with another similar item. When we reach out to you, we will fill you in with all the options.
Where is the order being shipped from?
Unless specified differently, all orders will be shipped from West Vancouver, BC, Canada.
What are my delivery options?
You'll see the options during the checkout process.

Locally (North Shore*): For orders $75 or more, we can deliver to your door for $9.50. Next day delivery is available, except Sundays.
*from Deep Cove to Horseshoe Bay. - Within Canada: Canada Post.
- Internationally: Canada Post and FedEx.
What are my payment options?
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.
I'm placing my order as a gift. Can I choose to ship my order to the recipient's address, rather than my own?
Yes! As you are filling out the "Billing and Shipping Address" during the checkout process, choose the "Alternate Shipping Address" option.
BONUS: Let us know if you'd like to include a complimentary, personalized note; we'll make sure to include that along with your gift. During the check-out process, type your personal message in the box titled "Special Instructions". We'll copy it verbatim, so please check for any errors and proof your text before submitting. Thanks!
